Rise of the Guardians: SHIFT Cover

So, hi! This is my first piece of art, clearly.
Basically, one of my favorite author/illustrators is having a contest for their current comic style fanfic. LivingAliveCreator's Shift is absolutely BRILLIANT and very well done so when I heard she was having a cover contest, I just couldn't say no! I think this piece is perfect for my first upload. Though it didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it due to size issues and my lack of ability to draw people, I still like it.
A lot of the covers I've seen so far portray Mori (the handsome dark haired cutie on the far right) as evil or a villain. Personally, I don't believe him to be a villain because he is not truly evil and his intentions are justified. He has a tragic past and Manny did nothing to save everything near and dear to him; in fact, Manny deliberately told the Guardians to stay out of it. I can see where he is coming from in the sense of avenging the ones he loves. Honestly, I feel bad for him and I think his revenge on the Man in the Moon is justified. I portrayed him as someone sad or distraught because he isn't someone who would kill just because, in fact I think he doesn't enjoy killing.

LivingAliveCreator, you do amazing work and I applaud you for getting me to sympathize with the antagonist. Job well done.

It was done on a 12"x9" Master's Touch canvas, Daler Rowney 'simply acrylic' paint, and a set of very nice brushes! I used white, black, scarlet, crimson, medium yellow, and ultramarine blue from Daler Rowney then added touches of silver and gold from Folk Art's metallic line.

Edit: Not exactly sure why it's sideways. I've messed with it to try and make it right side up, but unfortunately it isn't cooperating. Guess you're just gonna have to deal with it. Hn T_T
